You must have an email account to do this, Gmail is prefered.

 

Initial set up $99 then an ongoing $35 per week.

This includes:

 

  • Progression charts for body weight tracking

  • Progression charts for overall strength trends

  • My PB's (Personal best's recording sheet)

  • The initial 6-weeks of your ongoing plan

  • 2 video calls per week if desired

  • Message support

  • Weekly review of the training plan

 

Or

 

Buy a 6-week training block for $69  with just the program if you need less support.
